Yungoos have great noses for sniffing out food, able to find a single morsel of meat in a whole bag of garbage. They use their noses to find Pokémon loot stashes and eat anything that’s remotely edible. Some residents wonder whether they’re any better than Rattata.

Police frequently team with Gumshoos to stake out criminal hideouts. Gumshoos watches for suspicious activity during the day, and the officer watches during the night. Rookie Gumshoos tend to run into danger without waking their partner first.
