Wooper wander everywhere during heavy rain. They’re omnipresent during monsoon season and inadverdantly migrate en masse during flash floods and mudslides. They’re a crucial inhabitant in swamps, stirring up bottom layers to avoid dangerous gas buildup.

Quagsire’s eyes are no better than Wooper’s, as they spend most of their time in murky, muddy water. Wooper’s feathery gills sense vibrations instead, but Quagsire doesn’t even have that much. It’s possible that Quagsire are totally blind, but don’t care.
