Dhelmise infest Jellicent palaces to pilfer anchors from the ships Jellicent drags to the sea floor. Dhelmise is suspected to be more ship parts than the anchor, and litter boat decks after violent storms. There are tales of ghost ships with no crew, covered in blood-red seaweed.
