Applin’s egg decomposes just a day or two after it hatches. The egg is full of nutrients that fruit trees love, growing more apples to hide in. Farmers let Applin steal away as many apples as it wants because of this, and even try to attract Applin to their orchards for a better crop.

Flapple guards its evolution orchard ferociously, letting no Fire- or Bug-Types near. Because Bug-Types are its primary prey, Flapple must leave to eat. They never leave for long, so farmers with a rogue Flapple don’t have time to properly harvest their orchard.

Appletun sheds its skin once a month. People used to eat this skin as is, but modern health regulations state you should rinse it thoroughly. Chefs use the skin in all sorts of recipes, so a busy Chef may have an entire team of Appletun to never be left understocked.
